Returns accepted only for defective merchandise or incorrect item received. All returns will be merchandise exchange only, no refunds or credits issued. You must contact us via email within 14 days to make arrangements for all returns. Your complete satisfaction is our most important concern. We are proud of our products and hold them to the highest standards of quality control. Being human, however, we recognize that there will be occasional errors made and we will do our best to make it right for you. However, we do ask your cooperation in contacting us first by email or telephone to discuss your concerns before returning any products to us. When it is our error or we have sent a defective product, we will reimburse your cost of returning the merchandise to us for exchange, provided you have contacted us beforehand for instructions. If you made a mistake in what you ordered, we will assist you with making an exchange; however, please understand that you will be responsible for postage costs.
PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHIRTS WITHOUT COLOGNE, PERFUME, ETC. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE WHEN THE SHIRT IS RETURNED WITH AN AROMA. EXCHANGE SHIRTS MUST BE RETURNED IN 100% RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
